Brevidee LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

When your school or organization sets up your Brevidee account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, along with account identifiers used to operate the service. When you use Brevidee, we also collect the content you create and upload — photos, videos, audio recordings, and messages or project notes you enter in the app. All data is encrypted in transit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information solely to provide the Brevidee service: signing you in, managing your account, and producing your videos. We use trusted service providers (such as media processing and hosting vendors) that handle data only on our behalf. We do not use your data for advertising or analytics.

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

4. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

5. Children's Privacy

Brevidee accounts are for adults on a school district's staff or adults a district has authorized; students do not hold accounts.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@brevidee.com.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as it is needed. Account information is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, your account and personal details are removed. Content created for a school district — projects, uploaded footage, and published videos — belongs to the district and remains with the district. Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or operational reasons, and is then permanently deleted.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here.
